While Las Vegas has once again topped an annual ranking of the top spots to ring in the New Year, the most lavish parties will be in Miami.
The most expensive New Year’s Eve party ticket in North America is $25,000 for the Magnum Stageside Table at the Fountainblue Hotel in Miami, according to clubZone. Be ready to party with 20 of your closest friends. The ticket price includes bottles of Belvedere Vodka and Dom Perignon, but does not cover extra fees, gratuity and taxes that are charged onsite.
Several Miami neighborhoods ranked on Priceline.com’s list of the 50 top New Year’s Eve party spots, but for the sixth year in a row, the Las Vega strip won the top honor.
“Much like last year, a handful of cities were the big winners in drawing New Year’s revelers,” said Priceline Senior Travel Analyst Brian Ek. “Las Vegas made the list six times, including the top spot. Meanwhile, with the 11 times it made this year’s list, I predict that New York City can expect big crowds for its annual ball dropping.”
Other cities appearing on the list more than once were Miami, New Orleans, Orlando, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston.
