Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan is planning to marry his girlfriend after his release from the hospital. Hogan hospitalized last week with back pain at Morton Plant Hospital in Florida following a stroll on the beach. According to Hogan, he and his girlfriend Jennifer were collecting seashells, which later caused the back pain.
During his stay in the hospital, Hogan maintains that he now has a new outlook on life. After Hogan was discharged, he discussed his first order of business, which is to move up the wedding date. In an interview with TMZ, Hogan said, “Now that I’ve had a close encounter with the other side, I’m going to move this wedding up. I want to get married to Jennifer.
Hogan began dating Jennifer McDaniel sometime in 2008. A year later in 2009, the New York Daily News reported the engagement of the couple. Only weeks after divorce to wife, Linda became final. US Magazine later confirmed the engagement. Hogan is 23 years older than McDaniels who is only 34. Neither McDaniel nor Hogan has confirmed the new date of their nuptials.
The Hulk’s first marriage of 24 years was said to have ended in divorce because of an affair between Hogan and Christiane Plante. According to Plante, the best friend of Brooke, Hogan’s daughter, she and Hogan had an ongoing affair while he was still married to Linda. Reportedly, Linda has moved on to new relationships as well. She is currently dating 19-year-old Charlie Hill.
